Cumberland & Red Rivers Crest — Widespread Road Closures
Both the Cumberland River and Red River reached crest levels causing widespread flooding across Clarksville and Montgomery County. Woodstock Estates and the Red River Neighborhood experienced significant residential flooding. Multiple roads closed including Riverside Drive, Kraft Street, and Zinc Plant Road.

Heavy Rainfall Causes Rapid Rise — Action Stage Exceeded
Heavy rainfall across Montgomery County caused the Cumberland and Red Rivers to rise rapidly. The Cumberland River at Clarksville exceeded action stage (38 ft) and continued rising toward flood stage. Low-lying areas in Farmington Subdivision and along Riverside Drive began taking on water. Residents in flood-prone areas urged to monitor conditions.
